Elevate mood through humor and gratitude.  Share funny memories, gratitude roundtable, uplifting stories.  The benefit is to fight depression and increase social bonding.

 A hands-on workshop where participants identify core values and translate them into daily habits. Ideal for seniors seeking renewed direction after retirement or loss.

 A supportive coaching group for caregivers to explore boundaries, self-care strategies, and emotional resilience. Each session includes guided prompts and peer sharing. 

 This interactive workshop is designed to deepen the connection between seniors and their caregivers through guided conversations, shared storytelling, and collaborative activities. Participants explore trust-building techniques, communication styles, and mutual appreciation exercises that foster empathy and emotional connection. Whether the caregiver is a family member or a professional, this session creates a safe, uplifting space to celebrate the caregiving relationship and reinforce the heart of compassionate care.  

 This uplifting workshop invites seniors to explore their needs, preferences, and dreams through guided journaling. Participants will reflect on what brings them comfort, purpose, and ease in daily living—then learn how to communicate those insights to caregivers, loved ones, or facility staff. Through writing prompts, storytelling, and gentle coaching, this session helps seniors advocate for themselves while honoring their unique rhythms and routines.  

 These are just a sample of the enriching programs I offer—new experiences blossom each week to inspire connection, creativity, and purpose.  Custom themes can also be created based on resident interest.
